Introduction To The Company

Although Spencer Real Estate has been operating for two years, a relatively short time by all accounts, the company has made a good number of inroads in what is increasingly becoming a highly aggressive and competitive market. The reason for this is that at Spencer we pride ourselves on putting PEOPLE first, before all and any other considerations. This is no vain boast and no cunning sales pitch either. It makes good commercial sense too. Due to an ever-increasing number of property agencies and negotiators all trawling the same market, a tendency has arisen of late to treat property-seekers rather shabbily with little or no consideration for ethical behaviour. Thankfully this is not the rule, but the few that have indulged in unsavoury practices have given a very bad name to the rest.
